Britney Sander, AMFT

Britney has 5 years of clinical experience in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and community settings. Britney provides therapeutic services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has treated a variety of diagnoses and issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, crisis, addiction, trauma, and relational problems. She has experience helping children, teens, adults and families through the process of grief and loss related to issues like death, illness, divorce, and job loss. Britney enjoys working with clients of all ages and she particularly enjoys helping clients through life transitions. Britney utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), art therapy, play therapy, and family systems theory. Britney views therapy as a collaborative process and works to build an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental environment for clients to heal and grow. Britney is committed to support clients in reaching their goals, overcoming obstacles and navigating their journey through life. Britney is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

Ginny is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. She holds two
Master's degrees: Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family
Therapy and another in Youth, Family and Culture. In addition to her current work in outpatient care, Ginny has worked with children, adolescents, and their families for over a decade in
various settings. Ginny has experience working with clients facing wide varieties of challenges
including anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, self-esteem, and relational/family issues.
Ginny uses a deeply relational, strength-based, and attachment-based approach; focused on
empowering clients towards transformational change. Ginny also has experience in CBT, DBT,
mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Ginny is grateful to walk alongside clients as they
take steps to heal trauma, emotional wounds, and to move towards becoming their best selves.
Brenna Woods, LMFT

Clinical Leader and Supervisor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Brenna has more than 12 years of experience in the therapeutic field helping individuals facing many different life challenges. Her professional experiences ranges from working with children and adults of all ages and working in multiple settings: hospice care,outpatient, residential, dual diagnosed clinic, first responder and critical incidents in the workplace. Brenna enjoys helping individuals who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has specializations and interest in working with first responders and their families. She is well equipped in the following: crisis intervention, addictions, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, stress management, depression, life changes, relationships, parenting, victims of domestic violence, self-esteem issues and grief. Collaboratively, she uses motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. She thoroughly enjoys helping others, is an active listener, a critical thinker, patient, attentive, detail oriented and easy to communicate with. Brenna has a Master of Science in Psychology and Masters of Science in Counseling, Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from University of Phoenix. In addition, she is currently working on her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD). Her supervision style aims to help individuals grow and develop into the therapist they want to be.
