A Warm Welcome to Brenna Woods, LMFT!

Brenna joins us today as our new clinical leader and supervisor in Santee! We are thrilled as she has 12 years of clinical experience and expertise with first responders, ADHD, OCD and ASD! We can't wait to see how our new Santee location will thrive under her leadership.

She is well equipped in the following: crisis intervention, addictions, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, stress management, depression, life changes, relationships, parenting, victims of domestic violence, self-esteem issues and grief. Collaboratively, she uses motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. She thoroughly enjoys helping others, is an active listener, a critical thinker, patient, attentive, detail oriented and easy to communicate with. Brenna has a Master of Science in Psychology and Masters of Science in Counseling, Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from University of Phoenix. In addition, she is currently working on her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD). Her supervision style aims to help individuals grow and develop into the therapist they want to be.
