Welcome Guadalupe "Lupita" Eaton, AMFT

Guadalupe “Lupita” has experience in assisting adolescents, individuals, and families with life transitions, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Her background is in providing community-based services for homeless and at-risk youth. She is bilingual: English and Spanish. She enjoys working with culturally diverse groups and families. She use an empathetic approach paired with evidence-based treatments such as Structural Family Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Lupita is optimistic about improvements and takes into account how clients are responding to treatment. She is an authentic person and provides a respectful and non-judgmental relationship. She believes the psychotherapeutic alliance between therapist and client is essential for emotional healing. She is devoted to clients achieving their full potential by assisting them to identify self-awareness that leads to conscious participation and meaningful change towards their goals. She works collaboratively with clients. Lupita graduated from California Baptist University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and is currently a registered associate marriage and family therapist. Lupita joined the Grow Through Life Counseling team in 2021 in Murrieta. She provides in person and Telehealth.
