Insurance & Payment Options
We want to make starting therapy as simple as possible. Below you’ll find information about the insurance plans we accept, as well as options if we’re not in-network with your plan.
In-Network Insurance Plans
Grow Through Life Counseling is currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

If you have one of these plans, we will verify your coverage and handle billing directly.
Out-of-Network? We Can Still Help!
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you can still see one of our therapists. Many clients choose to pay out-of-pocket and request a superbill (an itemized receipt) from us.
You can then submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Our team is happy to guide you through this process and answer any questions about submitting claims.
Cash Pay Options
We welcome clients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Payment is due by the time of service.
Our rates are competitive, and we believe therapy should be accessible—please reach out if you’d like to discuss session fees or payment plans.
The "No Surprises Act"
Under federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

-
This applies if you do not have insurance or are not using insurance for your sessions.
-
We will provide you with a written estimate of your expected charges before you begin treatment.
