Our Mission Valley office offers a comfortable and welcoming space for individuals and families seeking mental health support. Centrally located near major freeways, this location provides convenient access for clients throughout the San Diego area.
Our Mission Valley clinicians work with clients of all ages, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Many therapists in this office also bring experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, neurodiverse individuals, and culturally diverse communities.

What to expect when you arrive:
Visitor parking is available in the parking garage behind the building. You may park in spots labeled “GTLC,” or in visitor spaces along the street or on the top floor of the parking garage. Upon arrival, please check in at the iPad kiosk in the lobby at least five minutes prior to your appointment. This alerts your therapist that you’ve arrived, and they will greet you shortly. If you are a new client, you will receive an email before your first visit with a secure login to the client portal and intake paperwork to complete electronically—this applies even if you're meeting virtually for Telehealth services.
