Erica McDaniel, LCSW has been a great clinical leader for us in our Oceanside location.

Erica is a talented clinician and a wonderful, positive support for her associate, colleagues and fellow clinical leaders. Erica has shown the ability to balance between clinical skills and leadership we have needed. We'd love to wish a huge congratulations to Erica for promotion to Director of Clinical Leadership of Grow Through Life Counseling. In this new role, she will continue all the great clinical work and support and provide ongoing leadership and support to each of our leaders throughout the organization.
