Teen Girl's Group Starting January 16th

Excited to announce the

Del Mar Teen Girl's Self Esteem Group starts January 16th and will be Tuesdays at 5pm for 8 weeks. This group will be for ages 13-17 and support improving positive coping skills, increase social confidence and over confidence. There are a few spots left but please contact ASAP as they are limited as are assessment appointments prior to the start of group.
