Dominque has experience in therapy and healthcare with children and families, Dominique brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to supporting mental health. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she is also trained in: play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), art therapy, and suicide prevention. Dominique places a strong emphasis on working with culturally diverse populations, ensuring that each client’s unique background and experiences are honored and respected.


Using a client-centered and humanistic approach, she believes in meeting each client where they are and fostering a therapeutic environment that focuses on their strengths. Dominique has a particular passion for working with children of all ages, with expertise in supporting clients on the autism spectrum and those who have experienced trauma. She finds great joy in helping individuals and families on their journey to emotional wellness and healing. Dominique is a compassionate therapist with a Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University. Dominque is a registered associate professional clinical counselor 17644 supervised by Glen Hilton, LMFT and is currently accepting new patients in person at our Mission Valley location & via Telehealth throughout California.
