Does Telehealth Work?

Therapy benefits are available from participating in Telehealth counseling! Our Counselors can provide support via video and phone conference for many areas of concern: problem-solving skills, and coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship troubles.

Research support individual counseling is as effective via Telehealth models. There is less research available for families and couples care, however, it's logical to conclude some support is better than no support! The benefits you obtain from therapy depend on how well you use the process and put into practice what you learn.
