Welcome Chris Navas, LMFT to our Murrieta team!

Chris has been working with and treating children, teens and adults for 11+ years. He does not shy away from a challenge.

He works from a Cognitive Behavioral lens, but he prefer to think of himself as more eclectic as he also uses Narrative, Person Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused and DBT approaches. Home life, work life and life in general can sometimes be too much, so he believes that there is no one size fits all; having a safe place to talk and feel accepted can go a long way. He is bilingual in Spanish/ English and open to working with couples as well.  During his free time he runs, goes camping, hiking, watches baseball and spends time with his family. He joined Grow Through Life Counseling in 2024 and will begin seeing clients in July both in person in Murrieta and via Telehealth in CA.
