Congratulations to Ava Kharrazian, LPCC & Lead Clinical Onboard Specialist from our Sorrento Valley office for being this week's weekly core value winner! She was nominated by James for exemplifying our value of "Continuous Growth Mindset".

Most importantly she is a Growth Mindset Leader. Ava is someone who encourages a culture of continuous learning and self improvement, and supports career progression of new leaders. She founded the on-boarding mentorship program which provides a hands-on approach for coaching and mentoring new employees.
